I am not looking to get into any legal issues over this. but some Expat talked about Resetting 30 day clock while in Philipines for Social Security Disability benefits by taking ferry or short flight to a territory either in US or apart of some sort of international agreement. I think he said Japan or Saipan. Does any one know about this. Or was the guy full of it? Is it possible?
