Best Ways to Send Money?

I'm living in the Philippines on a permanent basis.
I do not have a Philippines bank account.
I need to send myself roughly 180,000 PHP/mo from my Canadian Bank to my pocket in cash.
I do not have a Canadian physical address.
I don't trust other people enough to send them money and hope they'll take it out of the ATM for me.
