Quick question about 2012 tax and SS

This is my first year of retirement, I have been receiving my SS since June of 2012. My employer has sent my W-2 and I am preparing to do my Tax return. Question: Will I receive a statement from SS to be used on my taxes... if so When? I also received some unemployment {first time ever} will I receive a statement from Unemployment regarding total received and use on my 2012 tax return?... In the past I have had only one employer and my taxes were relatively simple to complete on line. Any info will be appreciated....... Thanks
