Back ground check

Hi guys, I am looking for anyone that has been very cautious about long term relationships and perhaps can help me....there's good and bad in all countries but I am concerned that many ladies in the Philippines focus on western guys mainly for financial security....as a wise older person it is difficult to just trust what people tell you...so if you find someone who rocks your world, how do you find good professional help to do a really good back ground check ...any info would be most appreciated...regards Tony
