considering a move.
i'm disabled and make $1,200 via SSDI.

would there be any government snags once i change my address to the Philippines regarding my SSDI payments?

is English prevalent?
i assume i could afford to live in a nice neighborhood (trying to dodge crime rates)?

how's the private medical scene?
(i would need to hire CNAs to look after me at my house)
