I founded Expat Exchange in 1997. The site has changed a lot since then, but our fundamental goal of using the internet to help expats help one another has remained the same. I continue to be amazed by the generosity and supportive nature of expats -- they truly go out of their way to help one another.

There are two Sapristi locations in Quebec City and we enjoyed both of them. Sapristi is located in Upper Town (Haute-Ville) and Sapristi Champlain is located in Quartier Petit Champlain. Both are very touristy areas, but have outdoor seating, delicious food and are very accommodating to gluten free diners. With 2 Celiacs in our family, our dining choices are always narrowed down for us. Sometimes this crosses all Italian food off the list, but Sapristi really came through for us.
