Beautiful bauhaus for rent in central tel aviv

This place is a true Tel-Aviv experience:
The apartment is a renovated 30's heritage Bauhaus- 3.7 meter ceilings, 2 full bedrooms (or one bedroom and one office/den ,sleeps 4 total), one bathroom and bath (with a brand new washing machine), a full great kitchen for cooking in (appliances include a stove, oven, large fridge,and dishwasher), a lovely sun filled balcony, wireless internet and cable TV in the living room (if you chose to continue my plan), and a beautiful piano.
It is on the 2nd floor, no elevator, with the only parking spot in the building- can park two cars one behind the other. It is situated in a gorgeous neighborhood, lots of little cafe's, 5 minute walk to Meir park, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the fresh food market, 5 minutes to Dizengoff st, shenkin st, buses etc'...really an amazing location. 23 Hess st. if you want to look it up.

The price , 6500 NIS (approx. 1600 USD) includes the parking spot, and completely furnished apartment. It does not include cable, internet, electricity, gas, building fee (50 NIS a month) and city taxes.
