setting up a business in turkey

my spouse and I am seriously considering a move to turkey in 5 years time. we are from singapore and fell in love with turkey when we visited in a tour group in june 2nd.

we wanted to buy a house along the bosphorous straits and hope to start a business in the near future.

question is,

1)how do we start a business or company in turkey?

2)the $50k USd needed to start a business under turkish law wil be sitting in a turkish bank or are we allowed to use it as our business capital?

3)Can i employ a foreign worker if i own a comoany in turkey given the fact that i am also a foreigner?

4)if i start a business, can i bring my spouse and include her along in all my plans?

5)do i need a work permit or is it necessary for me to apply for a resident permit? if yes, how can i apply for one?

6)who can i contact to find out more about relocating to turkey/istanbul as there are no available turkish embassies in singapore?
