moving to gumusluk

Hi, is there anyone out there who can help with answers to some questions?
we are in the process of buying a new villa in Gumusluk and hope to move in permanently before the end of the year.
We hope to travel down in our motorhome from the uk, how can we obtain Turkish vehicle insurance.
Also can you forsee any problems against this mode of travel. (our motorhome is 28ft long).
Are we allowed to bring this motorhome into Turkey and if so for how long?
Before reading the forum everything appeared straightforward, now I have many queries i.e. are we able to bring own kitchenalia ( not white goods) or is this not allowed?
We have two small dogs, one with a passport and one elderly dog without, is it compulsory to have passports for both, or do you not need passports. I know to return to the uk a pet passport is needed.
I am taking early retirement as a community Staff nurse, do you think there is the likelehood of obtainihg work, language barrier permitting in this field?
Should we apply for extended visa prior to travel or is it ok to come on three monthly visa initially.
