"Expats and digital nomads often appreciate the low cost of living in Malaysia, as well as the diverse culture and cuisine. They also enjoy the tropical climate and the fact that English is widely spoken. On the other hand, some expats and digital nomads may find the bureaucracy and red tape in Malaysia to be frustrating, as well as the lack of reliable public transportation. Additionally, the humidity can be oppressive for some," commented one expat who made the move to Malaysia.
