Actually the temps you are looking for are right here. It is cooler now because of the rainy season but it stays 70 - 80 and even a little warmer in the dry season. I am glad you got hooked up with Ronald. He is very honest and kind!

Living without a car is very do able in Grecia. There are bus lines everywhere which leaves you the option of living in the city or up a mountain like I do. There can be a considerable difference in temp depending on the altitude.
