I heard they are bringing charges against the gang that was breaking into homes in San Carlos. They caught these guys. At least they are trying.

Basically if you are robbed in Panama and think you might get the bad guys actually prosecuted forget it.Forget ever getting anything back as well.It will take years and years to change the system in Panama...Rome was not built in a day.Panama is what it is.
