What is it like in your country of residence for someone with your relationship status (married/divorced/dating)? If you're single, how do you meet other people? Do English-speaking people tend to gravitate to certain parts of your city?

I find it tremendously difficult dating in the UK.... single... divorced... 2 kids... working too much... the men I meet over here are very agenda based... looking for a wife... looking for the perfect woman to breed with... not open to strong independent direct women... terrified when you are open in honest with them.... won't consider dating a woman that is a higher level then them professionally... never honest and cheat way to much on their partners... it is quite frustrating...

If you have children, what advice would you give to others making a similar transition to your country of residence?

get them into a good school.. hire a live in nanny... especially if they are young...

Hire a live-in nanny or aupair!!!

What would be the best advice you could give someone with your relationship status that lives in your country of residence? Any other thoughts?

If you like direct open men... be weary of the British men.... for they are not... most others are OK.. Have fun... Get a great circle of friends and enjoy every other aspect of London...
