About the Property

Beautiful mountain villa 3 bed with solar heated pool, in Central Valley between Atenas and Orotina. Home is 2000 feet above sea level, 30 mins from the Pacific Ocean and 45 mins to SJO Airport.

Our villa was constructed to N. American standards in 2006 and is located in a beautiful development of 13 homes in the hills 10 mins from Orotina.

The house is 3500 Sq ft under roof with a double garage, great screened sun porch, solar heated pool, underground sprinkler system, mostly flat lot of 5800 sq meters or 1 1/2 acres. The lot looks back at the beautiful Central Valley and sees the Pacific Ocean from the front driveway.

The nights offer cool breezes and daytime temps average 25-28C (75-82F) night time 18-20C (64-68F). We have split AC throughout the home for hottest months of Mar/Apr.

Our development is located 10 mins to Orotina, 20 mins to Atenas and 45 minutes to San Jose. Costa Rica's new international Airport will be located in our region of Orotina.

We have two large deep water wells providing excellent drinking water and strong pressure which is stored in a private reservoir in our development. Hot water is provided by 3 German built Stiebel/Eltron instant hot water heaters. Electricity costs approximately $200-230 monthly, water $10-45 monthly and annual property tax $550.

We will sell the house with most contents (furniture, electronics, garden furniture, garden equipment etc) for turnkey move in and fair, reasonable offers.
