Commercial Property for Sale

Commercial Property for Sale in St. Margaret's Village, Belize

St. Margaret's Village, Belize

2 Bedroom / 2 Full Bath / Half Bath

Furnished

Price: $299,000 USD

Living Space: 21 acres for property

About the Property

Presently the property consists of 12 acres of cleared and cultivated land, 9 acres of jungle property, a Plett's wooden home, along with a caretaker house, a washing station out building.

6 of the 12 acres has been planted with an amazing variety of local and exotic fruit trees including dozens of moringa trees (expected to be available for leaf and seed pod harvesting n a couple of years). Moringa grows very quickly, especially in this area of Belize and has been identified as a superfood for all it's nutritional and health benefits. Additionally mango, cacao, raspberry plants have been started giving this property a good head start for the new owners.

There is a clean river which bisects the 12 and 9 acre parcels with deep enough "pools" to allow for comfortable swimming.

The 9 acre jungle side has been left in its natural state as the current owners were looking to do yoga with a more indigenous feel. As the new owners the choice is up to you on whether or not you leave it untouched.

The wooden house has been installed on 9 foot posts to allow for maximum airflow as well as a completely functional space below the house. Lots of windows allow for natural light and airflow throughout.

Inside the house are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open kitchen/living space. A deck is built outside the front door as well as off the master bedroom.

The home is nicely finished with cabinets built by local artisans, has an open concept ceiling with Belizean hardwoods being used throughout.

There is the utility room which has been bricked off against the elements. Another area has been set up as a small seedling/plant nursery. And still another area is allocated as work space. The entire area below has been enclosed with screening to allow for a more comfortable workspace.

Around the property are many banana and plantain trees, ginger plants, and other tropical flowers and orchids. It really does look like a place you want to get away to.

For $299,000 USD it can be yours.
