Good Afternoon,

I noticed your post on the forum.

Romtrade Consult SRL an English owned company created with the specific intention of assisting those overseas with acquiring a property or settling in Romania. Our team consists of UK, Romanian (Hungarian), and US nationals so I feel we would be able to answer any questions you may have about life here.

When we first moved to Transylvania in December 2004, we really didn't know what to expect but we soon became enamoured with the culture, beauty and people of this truly diverse country. Now that we are part of the EU we are seeing first hand the improvements that are being made in this area, such as the road networks, hospitals and facilities, etc. We have settled happily here and couldn't envisage living elsewhere. The people are social,friendly, family oriented and couldn't be more helpful to those that come over to live. The expatriate community here is small but tight knit. The area is also quite inexpensive but offers everything a person or family requires.
