"The cost of living in Manuel Antonio, is relatively affordable compared to many other tourist destinations. Housing and rental prices are moderate, with a range of options from budget-friendly apartments to luxury villas. Groceries and dining out are reasonably priced, with local markets and restaurants offering fresh produce and delicious meals at lower costs than in more developed countries. Transportation is also affordable, with public buses and taxis being the most common modes of transport. However, some imported goods and services, such as electronics and healthcare, can be more expensive due to import taxes and limited availability. Overall, the cost of living in Manuel Antonio is manageable for most budgets, making it an attractive destination for both tourists and expats," explained one expat living in Manuel Antonio.
