For example, it's customary for the mother to return to her parents' home for the birth, although this is less common in urban areas. Fifthly, consider joining a support group for expat parents. This can be a great way to share experiences, get advice, and make friends. Lastly, make sure you understand the legal aspects of having a baby in Japan.
