This will make your prenatal appointments and the birth itself much easier to navigate. Consider hiring a doula or birth coach who can provide additional support and guidance throughout your pregnancy and during labor. Start looking into maternity hospitals or birthing centers in Sintra and decide where you would like to give birth. It's a good idea to visit a few to get a feel for where you will be most comfortable. Take prenatal classes if they are available. These can be a great way to prepare for the birth and to meet other expectant parents. Ensure that you understand the legal requirements for registering the birth in Portugal.
