Location! Location! Location! Palawan has been rated the #1 Island Destination in the World by various travelogues. In 2019 it’s rated #2. Affectionately known as The Last Frontier, it is truly a magical place. From our location it is a 4.5hr drive north to El Nido and a similar drive to the southern tip of the island. To reach the beaches of the South China Sea is a 1hr drive west. Both east and west coasts are lined with beautiful remote beaches. Investing in Palawan is a win-win! Developers are rapidly taking advantage of future plans for the area as the future go to island playground for SE Asia. The cost to build is increasing exponentially. Existing construction is limited. Ready to move in! Visitors welcome.
