Need somewhere to rent around Genoa

Hi we're a family of five moving to Genoa for 6 months from Ireland. So far we've had no luck trying to find somewhere to rent and time is running out. It needs to be on the airport side of Genoa, somewhere within about 20mins of the airport as we will have only one car and I'll have to drop dh to work if I want wheels!
I will be homeschooling our 3 kids aged 8,6 & 3, but need some space so 3bed min 4 bed ideal with laundry facilities, preferably somewhere near a beach, or park. Any ideas or tips gratefully received.
