I live in Florence. I have a very tricky situation with my daughter who is 16 and been through two therapists already for OCD, high anxiety (had selective mutism age 4), mood dysregulation, Borderline Personality disorder, and also ADHD-type symptoms, together with some features of Asperger's. At the moment she needs help also with executive function: she finds it impossible to stay on track with organizing her homework, She;s beginning to fail at school despite being highly intelligent. She also picks her face, [dermotillomania] a co-morbidity of OCD and Asperger's in girls. which is what disturbs her the most. Because of therapist fatigue it's absolutely essential to find the right person. She is asking for help. Any personal recommendations highly appreciated.
