Brindisi vs. Ostuni vs. Lecce - which would you choose?

I've narrowed it down... now trying to decide where to purchase a home. I love the housing stock in Ostuni - so much character! I love the larger city / Florentine of the South feel of Lecce, and I love being right on the water in Brindisi. Which would you choose and why? I have so many questions!! Which beach in Puglia has the nicest FINE sand (missing the rough rocks and pebbles) in the area? Do you feel that it is too noisy with the planes flying into Brindisi? Would you say Bari has the best healthcare in the region? Which city comes in second? I will be purchasing a home as a dual US/Italian citizen in the next two years. Thanks, Lisa
