Need lease for visa

My husband and I lived a year in Umbria several years ago. We are planning on relocating permanently this Fall and need to find a certified lease for our extended stay visa application. I’m using immobiliari.com and idealista.com to inquire about various apartments, but no one is answering me. I don’t know if it’s because it’s August vacation time or if I’m using the wrong services. Any advice? Thanks to everyone.
