For those who prefer to drive, gasoline prices are comparable to those in the United States. Healthcare in Sarteneja is also affordable. There are local clinics and hospitals that offer services at a fraction of the cost compared to the U.S. However, for more serious medical conditions, you may need to travel to a larger city or even out of the country.
