The cost of utilities such as electricity, heating, cooling, and water is also quite reasonable. Groceries in Orange Walk are relatively inexpensive, with local markets offering fresh produce at lower prices. Eating out at restaurants can vary, with inexpensive meals available at local eateries and more expensive options at high-end restaurants. Transportation costs are also quite low in Orange Walk. Public transportation is readily available and affordable. Gasoline prices are higher than in some countries, but owning and maintaining a vehicle is still considered affordable. Healthcare in Orange Walk is significantly cheaper than in many Western countries. However, the quality of healthcare may not be as high as in more developed countries. Overall, the cost of living in Orange Walk, Belize is affordable, particularly for those earning a Western salary.
