It's important to see the place in person before making any decisions. During the viewing, check the condition of the property, ask about any additional costs such as utilities or maintenance fees, and get a feel for the neighborhood. If you're moving from abroad, you might want to consider hiring a relocation service or a local real estate agent who can help you navigate the process. They can assist with language barriers, legal paperwork, and other challenges. After you've found a place you like, you'll need to negotiate the lease or purchase agreement.
