As of recent data, a property in the city center can cost around 4,000 to 7,000 Euros per square meter. However, in less central areas, the price can drop to around 2,500 to 3,500 Euros per square meter. For rental properties, a one-bedroom apartment in the city center can cost around 700 to 1,200 Euros per month, while the same outside the city center can cost approximately 500 to 800 Euros per month.
