As a foreigner living in Hyderabad, will I have access to public healthcare? What is it like?

Answer this Question

We asked expats in Hyderabad if they have access to public healthcare in Hyderabad. And, if they do have access, what is it like. They wrote...

"Yes, as a foreigner living in Hyderabad, you will have access to public healthcare. The public healthcare system in India is generally of good quality and is affordable for most people. The government provides free healthcare to those who cannot afford it, and there are also private hospitals and clinics available. The public healthcare system is often overcrowded, however, and wait times can be long. Additionally, the quality of care may vary depending on the hospital or clinic," remarked another expat who made the move to Hyderabad, India.
