Finding a Place to Live in Dolomites- Cortina area

We're relocating to the Dolomites this Spring and searching for a 1bdrm, 1 bath in the Cortina area to be close to services, wifi, etc. We're not making much progress with rental agencies or websites like Immobiliare and Idealista. We're traveling with our 13-year-old dog and I could go in person before submitting my visa application next month, but searching for any connections or suggestions for the area!
