Dentists in Bogota

Occasionally there is a request for English speaking dentists, so I thought I'd recommend one if anyone is in need in BOGOTA.

I needed quite an extensive course of treatment, new or replacement crowns in 12 teeth, 4 root canal treatments, 3 implants (nucleas), flouride treatment, a course of laser whitening, plus a few other bits and pieces. Yeah, its been a long time since I visited a dentist, ...... can't stand them.

Anyway, in the UK, crowns would cost just over a million pesos each, and that is a subsidised rate. In the US, I have been quoted just over 2 million pesos each, up to 6 million each, depending where I was at the time. and of course, all the other stuff I needed.

To cut a long story short, porcelain crowns (on metal base) for 300,000 pesos each. My whole course of treatment cost 5 million pesos, compared with 17 million pesos in the UK (NHS subsidised), or for my last quote in the US a year ago was 31,290,000 plus anything else they found whilst working on me.

(all prices are converted to Col pesos for comparison)

So if anyone wants to try this guy, he's ok, and I would recommend him based on my own personal experience. Of course, that's not to say anyone else's experience would be as good, but thats the same everywhere.
