Supporting docs for resident visa

For some reason the visa site has never corrected the viewability of the supporting docs needed. So, here they are in a cut and paste for everyone.
Please upload the files in PDF format, in the indicated order. Bear in mind that the order of the documents could affect the results of the application.

Copy of the first page of your current passport where your personal data is displayed.

Copy of the page of your passport where the last stamp of entry or departure of Colombia is located.

If you have had a colombian visa but it was issued without the OCR (lecture code), please attach a copy of your last colombian visa. In case you have had a visa that counts with the OCR, this requisite is not necessary.

If your visa process will be finished by a third person, an official power of attorney must be presented.

When one or both parents is/are colombian attach the documents described in the first four bullets and an authentic copy of the colombian Civil Birth Registry of the son/daughter and a) When the colombian national is underaged (-18), the applicant must present written communication signed by the colombian parent requesting the visa and manifesting that the foreign parent is dutifully complying with the alimentary obligations to the child and that there is no protective measure of reestablishment of rights imposed by a family authority (in the event that the colombian parent is deceased or the marital link has been terminated, the foreign parent must present the official death report and/or certificate of colombian family authority in which its clearly stated that the foreigner is dutifully complying with the alimentary obligations to the child) or b) When the colombian national is of legal age (+18), he/she must present a letter signed by him/her requesting the issuance of an RE visa for the foreign parent.

When both parents are not colombian nationals - Attach the documents described in the first four bullets and an authentic copy of the colombian Civil Birth Registry of the son/daughter and a) When the son/daughter is underaged (-18), present letter requesting the visa signed by the foreigner attaching copy of the Resident Visa that he/she held when the child was born (which will be proof of residency) and manifesting that he/she dutifully complies with the alimentary obligations to the child and that there is no protective measure of reestablishment of rights imposed by a family authority or b) When the colombian national is of legal age (+18), he/she must present a letter signed by him/her requesting the issuance of an RE visa for the foreign parent.

To whom has renounced the Colombian nationality - Attach the documents described in the first four bullets and a copy of the letter of renouncement.

Temporary visa holders who have had it for 5 years (completed, continued and uninterrupted). Please attach the documents described in the first four bullets and a) copy of the TP-3, TP-4, TP-5, TP-7, TP-9 accompanied by the migratory movement certificate issued by the Special Administrative Unit Migracion Colombia within the 3 months before the date of application of the visa or b) Copy of the TP-10 visa or Temporary Spouse of colombian national and the safepasses, if these where asked for, accompanied by the migratory movement certificate issued by the Special Administrative Unit Migracion Colombia within the 3 months before the date of application of the visa or c) written letter by the colombian national spouse en which he/she requests the issuance of this visa for his/her spouse (in the event the colombian national has deceased, present the death certificate).

Legal aged benefitiary - Attach the documents described in the first four bullets and a) Copy of the RE Visa of the main holder and of the benefitiary with the safepasses, if these where asked for, accompanied by the migratory movement certificate issued by the Special Administrative Unit Migracion Colombia within the 3 months before the date of application of the visa and b) Document that demonstrates occupation or source of income.

Capital investment - Attach the documents described in the first four bullets and a letter issued by the International Exchange Office of the Bank of the Republic in which it states the foreign direct investment on your name and the amount is greater than 650 current monthly minimum legal salaries.
