Walk 5 steps from the carport to the front door, no steps. Continue past the foyer to the living room with room with 55 smart tv. Internet service and wi-fi is provided that alloes for excellent streaming. To the left are 2 master bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. To the right is the kitchen with new large refrigerator, gas range and oven, and reverse osmosis filtered drinking water . Continue to the utility room with new electric washer dryer combo, storage, and large sink. Walk past the dining room to the balcony with an amazing view of the mountains and forest. Watch 500 garzas fly by in the morning and return at dusk. Go downstairs to a seperate living area and tv and a 3rd bedroom with 2 beds and bathroom. Go to the game room with billiard table and game of Ranas (frogs). Go outside and walk down to the bbq area with gas and charcoals grills. Past the bbq area is the glass house with warm water jacuzzi. Finally ook over the wall to the back yard with mango, orange, banana, avocado, and other fruit trees. Maria, the live-in maid, occupies the 4th bedroom downstairs. She works 3 days a week. On off days her time is her own. Her duties include general cleaning but do not include cooking.
