I am from the UK and lived in Colombia (Bogota, Cartagena, Medellin, Cali, Barranquilla, Santa Marta y unos pueblos) for many years and go back regularly. I am involved in various business in Colombia still but am now based in the UK.

I have property myself and buy and sell quite a bit. At the start, I was burnt and almost lost money so I know the pitfalls and what to look out for. I know how to get the best deals and when to steer clear.
