Name change in Colombia question

Does anyone know or has attempted this process..

After being married, is it difficult to change the last name of my spouse's10yr old son. We already have a biological son together and he carries my last name, is a dual citizen so his isn't the issue. Getting his citizenship was relatively easy that I accomplished on my own.

The 10 year old boy now is the only one in the household with a different last name and I understand and have no problem using my name. I am hoping someone has some input, member or professional like James of Tramites or DonChrismi. If this requires professional intervention, what is the relative cost.

... As an aside, my marriage and the children's welfare, possible future divorce any potential child support is not an issue and those details have been worked out just FYI
