Spanish lessons in Bogota / tutor or classes?

Hi all, I'm looking for spanish classes in Bogota. I am currently interning at a government department, with about 25% of my work in Spanish. I'm looking to really increase my fluency- I have about a B1.2/B2.1 level right now. I'm really looking to focus on professional things- sending emails, attending meetings, etc. My work is in human rights, so I don't really need to work on things like business negotiations, etc. I work 5 days a week, 9-6pm, but can amend my time at work, if necessary, to meet my classes. That won't change my workload though.

My questions:

1- Can anyone recommend classes in Bogota for this? I don't really want to do 5 days a week. I'd prefer something like 3 evenings a week. Again, with a focus on professional things.

2- Can anyone recommend a tutor for this? I've heard it might be about the same price to just get a tutor. And then presumably I can tailor those classes to my timetable. I'd only want to go with a tutor that is well recommended, so I'd really appreciate info from anyone that has any personal experience with a specific tutor, and can recommend them personally.
