Can you recommend a Medellin neighborhood

I am putting things in place to move to Medellin in the next two months. I am looking for a recommendation for a real estate agent that can show me rentals. I’ve lived out of the US before and I was lucky enough to be given someone to help me. I am going to do temporary housing the first couple months.
I want both an apartment and an office. I work online and can work out of my apartment but I mentally can’t do that and this gets me out in the neighborhood.
Two questions:
Can you suggest a location? Ideally, I would like an area that has available cozy/inexpensive apartments that are convenient to office areas and good for an American expat. I will not drive but will walk and use safe public transportation. Giving street names and intersections would be helpful as I do not know the city well.
The second question, can you refer anyone that can help me. I would prefer someone who is bilingual.
