I will be 62 in December, and will be making the move early next year to Colombia. I have two questions really as I have been coming here for business and vacations for 6 years, so I know I want to try it here. I had a long term girlfriend, business, and know the culture. . I was convinced on the Medellin area before, but was in Manizales in May, and thought it was cute, but a bit slow. I am not a party animal, but I workout and am in good shape, so still want to date and be active. I will visit Popayan next, and want to give it a shot as it seems to have a lot of positives, and it looks like if you want to go to Cali for a few days to a big city it is close. Is there a decent dating pool in Popayan for a handsome, older, chivalrous gringo? I am not looking for marriage, but a relationship would be great.

The second question is there any good options on red wine, or just pay up with the taxes so high?

Lastly, My income without touching savings is $1900 a month, and I am TESOL certified. Looking for strata 4 sh most likely.
