Discover and Explore Quindío & Eje Cafetero

My Spouse and I will be visiting Colombia for our first time next month (April 2019). We will be staying in a Finca in the Quimbaya, Quindío area. Since we don't plan to rent a car, we'd like to find someone local who knows the Quindío and Eje Cafetero area who would be willing to introduce us to the area. Since this will take time and money for fuel, we'll certainly be ready and willing to pay this person (or people) for their time and costs. We'll be there for 10 days, and we're hoping to spend a bit of time at the Finca but also see a good bit of the area. We will be retiring in a couple of years, and want to see how this area feels as a place to which we might retire.
My Spouse once taught Spanish in the U.S. (decades ago), so she's working on regaining her Español confidence. She mostly spoke Español Cubano, so she's learning the South American Spanish colloquialisms. I speak French and English, but have been studying Español for about six months in preparation for this visit. I mention this because we don't necessarily need someone who is fluent in English to introduce us to this beautiful part of the world.
We are very excited about visiting Colombia, and possibly moving there one day.
Any recommendations on someone who can help us discover and explore would be much appreciated.
