Need legal advice about a recent ex that wishes to pretend she was an escort under the law

Good afternoon,

I have an issue. I recently broke up with a girl who I was with for 8 months. We lived together for most of the time. Before she left, I handed over the monthly budget of 1,500,000 pesos. She told me that she would return it when I came back to the country as I work in the US.

Now she is refusing to pay it back. (I know it isn't a huge sum for dollar earners but)

I have been nice but the only way she has responded to me is when I was serious about filing a claim at the police station. She tells me that in Colombia it is ilegal to not pay your escort. So, she is now going to claim under oath that we had an agreement to be together for that amount as an escort.

I have documents proving we both had an apartment together and that I have sent money for family etc.

Does anyone know of a bogota lawyer that can consult me in this matter prior to me going to file.

I speak a bit of spanish however not fluent enough to go back and forth with police officers aside from printing out facts and using translator.
