Visa M- Independent Activity

Hi guys,

Although you may have probably read this topic million times, I need to bother you again.

I am a German citizen, travelling through Colombia for nearly 3 months now with the intention to build up my own travel business (transformational travelling, learn a new skill, e.g. artesanía or interact with indigenous tribes etc.)
As my current permit (3 months) is coming to an end, I will apply for the other 3 months tourist permit.

In order to build up my business, however, I need to apply for a longer term visa.

I have been reading through the Colombian cancilleria homepage and the requirements stated there.
But I am not clear which professions are regulated ones and which non-regulated.
I studied International Business Administration (Bachelor´s degree) with the focus in Hispanic Regional studies and I am not sure whether this title needs to be validated by the Ministry of Education.

Further to this, 3 certificates need to be submitted. What do I need to consider when delivering these certifications to the visa officer?

Has anybody already have experience in applying the visa for independent activities here in Colombia?
I know that there is also an investor visa which apparently is much easier to get, as of course, you bring about 20.000 € into the country.
