End of Life Docs in CO

Cafetero has been very helpful in questions like these.
•Durable power of attorney.
•Health care proxy.
•Medical-information release.
•Living will.
Looks like these are the four key docs for end of life planning. If you're of a certain age, you may
have already settled this. I haven't. So, I'd be interested in finding (chatting?) with those of you in or out of CO who have handled this, in particular how being single w/no relatives or executor and being in a foreign country have complicated it. I know how to handle health care and I know my beneficiary, who is in Peru, another complication. If you didn't know your executor, did you or do you trust a Colombian abogado. How would assets be handled if bank accounts are in another country? Many such questions arise. So, the advice of anyone who has been through it would be very appreciated.
