Coffee Remorse

My wife and I visited a couple of cities in eje cafetero this week and we had a few cups of coffee there. My mother used to tell me the best coffee comes from Colombia with the same matter of fact no doubt about it as saying Michael Jordan is the greatest basketball player ever. End of story. Everyone knows it's true.

Well of the four cups of coffee I had there 3 of them were below average. The other one was delicious. If some cafe is going to serve coffee in el eje cafetero is sure ought to be great, in my opinion. They are not doing their region any favors.

On the way back on the bust tonight some young man was attempting to work his game on three young women he had just met. One of the three women got off the bus before we got back to Pereira. I told my wife later, "That guy got lucky. The fat one left him with the two cute ones."

I tell that story because:

1 - I think it's funny
2 - I think it will make Tammy mad
