Arrived In Colombia Yesterday

The wife and I returnd to Colombia last night on American Air after a short trip to Miami.

The covid test is required 96 hours before flight time and you must fill out an online form 24 to 1 hours in advance.

When I went to fill out the online form at 23:15 hrs prior the system wouldn't allow it because of the 1 hr time differance between Colombia and Miami. Could be a big problem for anyone flying from Europe. The form requires you to upload your covid 19 test so make sure you have an electronic copy. You will get a conformation email, print it as you will need to show it at airport and arrival.

At the airport check in I had to show the covid 19 test and email confermation from migracion. One at the gate I had to show the same docs prior to boarding and again upon arrival in Cali.

The Covid Tracking App was never requested and I deleted it as soon as I got out of the airport.

A surprise when I got to the airport to leave AA told me only residents and citizens were allowed to Cali and I had to show the celuda. They said some cities such as Barranquilla allowed vistors and ond others no, so anyone thinking of coming for a visit beware.

Note that flights in both directions were completly full.
