Off Again On Again PCR Test

This week a judge nulified the requirement of a PCR test for entry to Colombia, the latter imposed by a tutela mounted by an abogado in Bogota and later found in his favor. That finding not withstanding the director of Migracion Colombia today announced that the requirement would continue in effect until a new resolution is issued by the ministry of health. Well...the restrictions in effect don't actually prevent you from entering Colombia without the test which should be reflected by airline requirements such as those by American Airlines. There are options that include, should you not have the test being in quarentine for fourteen days after you arrive or getting tested at entry and being in quarentine until the results are available. At least you won't be sent back as was the situation earlier.
