Visa renewal and cedula

My 3 yr pensioners visa is due to expire this month. I looked for a few services and emailed 3. The best response was from Intercol in Medellin. They said that I had to wait until Apr to start the process, sent me quotes on costs, things that I would need to do and did the whole process (benefit letter certified and translated), Visa process and cedula appt (with all the necessary paperwork to print). It took 2 weeks after I got her the necessary documents and I only had to leave the house to get a new photo. My appt for cedula is tomorrow. Daniela speaks perfect English, was easy to contact, responded quickly and accurately. Very easy. Sure, I could have done it online myself (maybe), but this way it was done right the first time and she explained every step, process and cost. I am not going to discuss prices, as that is between them and their clients. I will say that I had another service for my 1st Visa and it was more stressful and I had to do a lot more on my own. Daniela told me what I needed and did all of the rest. I highly recommend Intercol in Medellin
