Financing a New Pickup Truck...

Hola a todos! Thanks in advance for your help.
To make a verrryyyy long story short, I am trying to buy a new Nissan Frontier 4x4 pickup truck, so I can live out on a dirt road.
We found a Nissan Frontier 4x4 pickup, but for some reason Nissan won´t take a bank wire from the US (I don´t understand why).
Then we tried to pay for it by credit card (I thought I would pay half, then pay off the balance, wait a day, and then charge the second half, and then pay that off), but the credit card authorization never made it to my bank (USAA).
My Colombian friend then took me to Bancolombia to open an account, thinking I could send money to myself by Transferwise (kind of like Western Union), except Bancolombia has a limit of $7,000 US a month, and $25,000 a year, and that won´t cover the cost.
Help! Haha.
More details: At first I looked for a used truck, but every vehicle I looked at was thrashed and did not pass peritaje (mechanical review). So now I am willing to spring for a new vehicle (which I would never do in the States), but I cannot figure out how to pay for it.
I am flabbergasted! And I don´t get it. In the US, if you want to buy a truck and you have money, they will sell you a truck! ("Ka-ching!"). But they don´t do Ka-ching here??? Hahaha?
What?? They don´t like money?? Haha?? (Oy...)
I asked my Colombian friend to call the other truck dealers and ask them if they would take a bank wire, so we will see what they say, but I thought the Nissan Frontier was a pretty good balance between cost and function. Only, how do I pay for it??
Surely people transfer money to pay for cars and land?? So how is it done?? I could maybe hit the ATM machine 137 times, or something?? Hahaha (Oy.)
Any advice or winning combinations would be greatly appreciated...
