9 month update - now healthcare

OK, so 9 months in we've got Famisanar, we're halfway through getting our drivers' licences, 5 weeks into building a split level house in mountains, paid cash for a car, have developed network of contacts to get things done, budgeting is super compared to US, so just have one lil wee-bit of advice needed.

Healthcare here is great, Famisanar we pay like US $30 a month for my wife and I, only have to wait 2 weeks for office visits, but man, getting authorizations for medicine are only on Fridays, people get there at 6:30am to get a number, then process starts like at 9:30am when the processor comes in to work, so it must be like a 5 hour ordeal. No way that plane takes off with me on it!

We're 65 and 63, is there any "expensive" option in healthcare anyone? What works for you?
Anything where wait time for prescriptions is more reasonable, maybe even faster service? Hey, not asking for a lot right, if one's willing to pay. Hope for your collective wisdom from experience here all, thanks.
