Tax for Foreigners

Hi, I have a tricky tax situation as to if I became a tax resident in the pandemic and need to declare world wide income and assets. Essentially, I was in the country for more than 183 days because I could not leave. I hold a RE visa and have a a family in Colombia. Now, there was an exemption which for sure covers me for 2020 as flights stopped 100% for months, but for 2021 it seems iffy - there were flights, just not to somewhere i personally could go, however as soon as we could get the vaccine and escape to Europe, we did).

I cant just ignore this as my foreign bank already reports via CRS to Colombia and they made sure of telling me they do this after freezing my funds for not filling it in detailed enough.

So my question is, does anyone have a high powered tax lawyer I can consult with on this issue who is efficient and knowlegeable.

(I tried another one yesterday, and I knew more than them - they told me that if I have a RE visa, and even if I do not spend 1 day in Colombia, I am considered Colombian for tax purposes and have to declare world wide assets and income regardless - which is not true, even with the DIAN information they tried to show me, which I already had, which clearly indicates the 183 day rule)..
