visa time line

To start with I don't like posting on this site very much, maybe 4 or 5 times in the last 7 or 8 years. There has been some post about Visa time. So I thought that I would give you my time line on a visa. The USCIS received the petition 07/14/2016. She was granted her visa 08/28/2017 13 months and 2 weeks. We entered the country at the port of entry in Miami 09/19/2017. Now remember this was long before COVID. 1 week later she received her social security card, two after she received her 2 year green card, and its been a ball of laughs since. On July 25 2019 USCIS received the I-751 to remove the conditions. not long after ,she received an 18 month extension, On august 29th 2022 we went for a so called interview. you can do the math on how long my wife was not legal. Now bear in mind at USCIS is just over work with all the applicant processing. We were the only ones there. We turn in everything they asked for sat down and 10 minutes later we everything back. I tried to ask him a question would only say, everything is explain on the paper. They put a temporary green card in her visa for one year, Now remember the letter that explained everything, says the stamp serves as a temporary green until the new card arrives in the mail, Well I just had to send a ton of other evidence to them so the could decide. Now how is that for a time on a visa and green card, still waiting3 years later
